PLANNING YOUR VISIT
We know most people want their visit to be low-key, so we won’t be asking you to stand up or raise your hand to let people know you’re visiting. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by one of our Guest Services volunteers. Then you can come on in and make your way into the worship auditorium. Grab a cup of coffee and sit wherever you want.
If you have children (infants through 5th grade) you’re welcome to check them into Kid’s City, our secure Children’s Ministry area. You’ll receive a “claim check” for your child so only you can pick them up when the service is over. Or, if you prefer, you can keep your children with you until you’re comfortable with them meeting our background-checked, trained Children’s Ministry “Kid Builders.”
During the hour we’re together we will sing some songs, listen to twenty-five minutes of teaching from God’s word, and share together in communion – a “meal” meant to celebrate Jesus’ victory over sin and death. We’ll take up a collection to support the work of our church here in our community and throughout the world. As our guest, you’re not expected to contribute.
You’re welcome to hang out after the service is over, and we hope you will stop by the Guest Services counter in the lobby and get some information about our church and a gift that is our way of saying, “Thanks for being here!”
